On June 4, NORDHUS sets the long tables with caviar. In collaboration with Copenhagen Cooking and one of the world’s leading caviar producers, Rossini, we dedicate an entire evening to this exclusive and iconic ingredient. Michelin-starred chef Kamilla Seidler curates the menu, interpreting the salted delicacy through her distinctive culinary lens.
The evening also marks the launch of NORDHUS’ new program series, where we explore some of the finest ingredients—those typically found on Michelin-starred menus. The first chapter, naturally, is caviar.
For just 495 DKK, you’ll enjoy a relaxed, communal dining experience at long tables, featuring a two-course menu and a petit four—served with a total of 20 grams of Rossini caviar.
The first 15 guests to secure a ticket will receive something extra: complimentary access to an intimate masterclass with Rossini Caviar before dinner. Here, guests will taste three different caviar varieties while learning about flavor profiles, textures, and craftsmanship. The experience is, of course, accompanied by a glass of champagne.
This gastronomic series invites Copenhageners to gather at the table and is presented in collaboration with the City of Copenhagen, Wonderful Copenhagen, Visit Denmark, and the Food Organisation of Denmark.
Champagne and frizzante will be available as optional add-ons during dinner.
More details about the menu and event will be announced soon.
