Oplev en uforglemmelig middag med nogle af restaurationsbranchens unge talenter og få et kig ind på Hotel- og Restaurantskolen. Vores dedikerede kokke- og tjenerelever, herunder den nykårede Danmarksmester i DM i Skills, kokkeelev Gustav, præsenterer en middag fyldt med innovative idéer.

Pt træner vores konkurrenceelever til konkurrencerne ”Toque en chablais” i Thonon Les Bains, Frankrig og ”Young Chef” i Aalborg, som begge finder sted i efteråret.

Menuen er skabt i samarbejde med topkokkene Thomas Herman og Yves Le Lay, som også har trænet eleverne og vil være med i køkkenet denne aften.

Du kan godt glæde dig til en skøn aften, hvor gastronomi og godt værtskab er i højsædet!

Middagen er en del af Grøn Madfestival. Besøg festivalen fra kl. 15:30-21:30 og deltag i spændende workshops (nogle kræver tilmelding), få en rundvisning eller nyd en drink i vores skønne have og udeområder.

Din vært
Festivalen bliver bragt til live i et samarbejde mellem Valby Lokaludvalg og Hotel- og Restaurantskolen. Hotel- og Restaurantskolen er en skole for alle, der elsker god mad og godt værtskab. Vi uddanner elever, der beriger verden med bæredygtig gastronomi, værtskab og hospitality: Kok, smørrebrød/cater, tjener, receptionist, ernæringsassistent, bager/konditor, EUX og 10. klasse. Vi holder også kurser og madskoler for både private og professionelle.

Kål i fokus
Årets hovednavn på Copenhagen Cooking 2024 er kålen, og under overskriften Kålkærlighed får den en ubestridt hovedrolle i ambitionen om at gøre denne alsidige grøntsag endnu mere attraktiv.

Get a unique dining experience with the stars of tomorrow

Experience an unforgettable dinner with some of the restaurant industry's young talents and get a look at Copenhagen Hospitality College. Our dedicated chef and waiter students, including the newly crowned Danish champion in the DM in Skills, chef student Gustav, present a dinner full of innovative ideas.


Our competition students are currently training for the competitions "Toque en chablais" in Thonon Les Bains, France and "Young Chef" in Aalborg, both of which take place in the autumn.


The menu has been created in collaboration with top chefs Thomas Herman and Yves Le Lay, who have also trained the students and will be in the kitchen this evening.


You can look forward to a wonderful evening where gastronomy and good hospitality are paramount!


The dinner is part of Green Food Festival. Visit the festival from 15:30-21:30 and take part in exciting workshops (some require registration), get a tour or enjoy a drink in our beautiful garden and outdoor areas.

The festival is brought to life in a collaboration between Valby Local Committee and Copenhagen Hospitality College. The college is a school for everyone who loves good food and good hospitality. We educate students who enrich the world with sustainable gastronomy and hospitality: chef, smørrebrød/caterer, waiter, receptionist, nutrition assistant, baker/confectioner, EUX and 10th grade. We also hold courses and cooking schools for both private individuals and professionals.

This year's headliner at Copenhagen Cooking 2024 is cabbage, and under the heading Cabbage Love, it will play an undisputed leading role in the ambition to make this versatile vegetable even more attractive.
