Experience an unforgettable dinner with some of the restaurant industry's young talents and get a look at Copenhagen Hospitality College. Our dedicated chef and waiter students, including the newly crowned Danish champion in the DM in Skills, chef student Gustav, present a dinner full of innovative ideas.
Our competition students are currently training for the competitions "Toque en chablais" in Thonon Les Bains, France and "Young Chef" in Aalborg, both of which take place in the autumn.
The menu has been created in collaboration with top chefs Thomas Herman and Yves Le Lay, who have also trained the students and will be in the kitchen this evening.
You can look forward to a wonderful evening where gastronomy and good hospitality are paramount!
The dinner is part of Green Food Festival. Visit the festival from 15:30-21:30 and take part in exciting workshops (some require registration), get a tour or enjoy a drink in our beautiful garden and outdoor areas.

The festival is brought to life in a collaboration between Valby Local Committee and Copenhagen Hospitality College. The college is a school for everyone who loves good food and good hospitality. We educate students who enrich the world with sustainable gastronomy and hospitality: chef, smørrebrød/caterer, waiter, receptionist, nutrition assistant, baker/confectioner, EUX and 10th grade. We also hold courses and cooking schools for both private individuals and professionals.

Cabbage in focus
This year's headliner at Copenhagen Cooking 2024 is cabbage, and under the heading Cabbage Love, it will play an undisputed leading role in the ambition to make this versatile vegetable even more attractive.
Cabbage is full of flavour, affordable, filling, full of health and good for the body and the climate - and it thrives in our local climate. See all food events with cabbage in focus here and buy this year's cabbage poster by Pine Cone Project here.
