Årets tema for Copenhagen Cooking & Food Festival er 'Breaking the New', hvilket betyder, at festivalen byder på unikke og anderledes madoplevelser og de nyeste tendenser inden for mad.

Meget passende til årets tema, har Cock’s & Cows netop offentliggjort deres ambition om at blive 100% økologiske. Det betyder bl.a. at de har brugt et helt år på at finde den bedste økologiske pommes frite. I samarbejde med Aarstiderne har de ligeledes sørget for at alle grøntsager i deres burgers nu er økologiske – og selvfølgelig fulde af smag! Senest er også deres burgerboller blevet økologiske og ikke bare det, de er blevet udviklet helt fra bunden af deres køkkenchef Irene Mai Vos i samarbejde med den økologiske håndværksbager Jalm&B - igen med fokus på den bedste smag.

Udover at du kan prøve de nye øko boller, fries, og grøntsager, så har du med din Copenhagen Cooking & Food Festival billet også mulighed for at prøve en burger, som normalt ikke findes i deres menukort. Cock’s & Cows har nemlig lavet en helt særlig burger – eller rettere sagt du skal selv være med til at lave den.
Årets festival burger bliver nemlig serveret ’usamlet’, og du skal derfor selv bygge den. Du ’skræller’ selv de helt igennem møre BBQ ribs, og laver dermed din egen pulled pork som mixes med søde majs med chili, salat, BBQ mayo og tomatsalsa. Vanvittigt lækkert, men med risiko for fedtede fingre! Til din Cock’s & Cows x Copenhagen Cooking & Food Festival-burger får du også økologiske chili fries, chili mayo og en Aperol Spritz.
Til dessert serveres en trifli med danske bær – og her skal du ikke gøre andet end at spise den!

Build-Your-Own-Burger - a unique Copenhagen Cooking & Food Festival Menu

This year's Copenhagen Cooking & Food Festival theme is Breaking the New, which means that the festival offers unique and different food experiences and the latest trends in food.

Very appropriate for this year's theme, Cock's & Cows have just announced their ambition to become 100% organic. This means, among other things, that they have spent an entire year finding the best organic fries. In collaboration with Aarstiderne they have also ensured that all vegetables in their burgers are now organic - and of course full of flavour! Just recently their burger buns have become organic and developed from scratch by their head chef Irene Mai Vos in a close collaboration with the organic craftsmen at Jalm&B, as always focusing on optimizing the taste experience.

Besides trying the new organic buns, fries and vegetables, your Copenhagen Cooking & Food Festival ticket also gives you the opportunity to try a burger not usually found on their menu. Cock's & Cows has made a very special burger - or should we say a burger you actually have to make yourself.
This year's festival burger is served 'unassembled' and you have to build it yourself. You ‘peel’ the juicy BBQ ribs yourself, making your own pulled pork. Mix it with chili marinated sweet corn, lettuce, BBQ mayo and tomato salsa. Absolutely delicious! But yes, there is a risk of greasy fingers. To accompany your Cock's & Cows x Copenhagen Cooking & Food Festival burger you also receive organic chili fries, chili mayo and an Aperol Spritz.
For dessert a trifle of Danish berries is served - and all you have to do here is to eat it!
