En hemmelig grøn oase på Christiania vil d 25-27. august forandre sig til en progressiv skovrestaurant, hvor Nordic star kokke slår sig sammen og laver mad under stjernerne.

Resterne fra Michelin pop-up restauranten bliver den næste dag til en streetfood frokost, tilberedt over åben ild. Fladbrød med sankede, invasive og vilde ingredienser serveres sammen med cocktails, øl og vin fra vores nordiske bar.

Street food of Michelin waste in Christiania

On August 25-27th a secret green oasis of Christiania will be transformed into a progressive forest restaurant – as Nordic star chefs join forces to cook dinners under the stars.


The leftovers of the Michelin pop up will be turned into a streetfood lunch prepared over an open fire. Flatbreads with foraged, invasive, wild ingredients along with cocktails, beer and wine from our Nordic bar.
