Panchantantra er en femretters indisk fine dining oplevelse, hvor vi fejrer de rige og fyldige smage i det indiske køkken. 

Inspireret af indisk filosofi, Panchatantra, er aftenens menu en hyldest til de fem elementer af universet: jord, vand, ild, luft og rum. 

Retter repræsenterer de fem elementer og skaber en tilfredsstillende oplevelse. Panchatantra kombinerer klassiske og moderne retter og fejrer tradition, bæredygtighed og kulturarv. 

Kok Sana Quidway serverer den lækre menu sammen med drinks og gode historier.

Sana Quidwai er en talentfuld indisk kok, der for nyligt er flyttet fra Dubai til København. Hun tager al sin gode ekspertise og passion for mad og den kulinariske scene med sig og arbejder i øjeblikket hos den anerkendte restaurant Ark Collection - Beyla by Souls, en bæredygtig og vegansk restaurant.

Panchatantra is a five-course Indian fine dining, an indulgent culinary experience that celebrates the rich and vibrant flavors of Indian cuisine.


Inspired by Indian Philosophy, Panchatantra, is a culinary ode to the five building blocks (or elements) of the universe: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space.


The courses represent the five elements and are presented to create an opulent and satisfying experience. Panchatantra blends classic and contemporary dishes to celebrate tradition, sustainability, and heritage.


Chef Sana Quidway will serve up a delicious meal paired with drinks and good stories from her own experiences.

Chef Sana Quidwai is a talented culinary professional who recently moved from Dubai to Copenhagen, bringing her expertise and passion for food to the vibrant culinary scene. Currently working at Ark Collection - Beyla by Souls, a sustainable and vegan restaurant.


With a wealth of experience in renowned establishments, Chef Sana has honed her skills in crafting exquisite dishes for discerning guests. Having worked at prestigious restaurants such as Prime 68 at the J W Marriott Marquise in Dubai, UAE, her attention to detail and mastery of high-quality cuisine have earned her recognition among her peers.
